Wow, it looks as though Brittney Spears had a pretty aggressive nose job. She definitely had her bridge and nasal tip narrowed. Also, it looks as though Brittney had her nostrils tucked in a little to even out the effect of a smaller tip. Overall, it looks like a good nose job for Brittney.
