Oh my... not sure Kate Beckinsale should have gotten a nose job. Plastic surgery might not have been on the menu for her. Her nose is flipped up way to much after her surgery. I guess sometimes celebrities feel they need to change something to be better when all they have to do is change the insecurities they feel toward themselves..........
