Hmmm... it looks like Keira Knightly had a humped nose flattened out. Nice nose job for her. She kind of pulled a Robert Pattinson. Both of them had the bridge smudged down. Although, Robert Pattinson kind of looks like he got punched in the face. In the before and after it is quite flat in comparison. Flat like Winona Rider before Breast implants... Hahahahaha! Oh my...
