Very interesting rhinoplasty for Megan Fox. She has that indent of the tip of her nose as well as a bump on her nasal bridge. It looks as thought the plastic surgeon cuffed the tip of her nose and smoothed out the bridge. It gives Megan a little bit of that run off slope look. But, not too much of it. Overall, it is a pretty good nose job.
