Miley?!?! What??? Miley?!?!?!?! Hmmm... wow. I really didn't see that one coming. Or, actually I might of. Ya, I did. She did have a pretty bulbous nose before her rhinoplasty. She didn't do much though. She merely toned down the tip and bridge a little bit. But, she still kept her main nasal features intact. In other words, she didn't change the overall character of her nose. So, overall... good nose job for Miley Cyrus! Plastic surgery seems to loom over the undoubted fate of the illustrious and somewhat predictable enigmaticism we call celebrity...
