I don't know... I think that Salma Hayek had a fine nose before her plastic surgery. I mean, it doesn't look bad after her nose job. But, I don't think it's necessarily better. I might even be better before the plastic surgeons got in there. Ya, I think Salma Hayek had a naturally good nose before her surgery.
