Not really sure why Zac Efron got a nose job. It looked fine before. It looks like he was going for that Tom Cruise look or something. Maybe something a little more distinguished. It's almost as though teen/child/practically all celebrities or future celebrities hit an age or certain phase where they feel they need a change to go further in they're career. I think he kind of *&%^ed up his nose with that. I know for a fact that Zac Efron had some sick teeth before turning to the whole High School Musical thing.
