Christian Bale’s sexiness is very hit or miss. Some days, I look at him and think “wow- what a great looking man!” Other days, I think “ew” and long for one of his better looking days. The dramatic differences in his appearance is typically for movie roles, which have required that he drastically change his physical appearance. In the Batman series, he needed to be buff and muscular for his role as Batman. However, in The Machinist, he had to become physically emaciated to accurately portray the sleep-deprived, mentally unstable character he was cast as. These are just a few of the examples of his physical changes that Christian is willing to undergo for his roles, a sign that he is deeply invested in each movie which definitely shows in his performances.
