Looks like a new nose for Serena Williams! She had a subtle nose job though. She doesn't really need plastic surgery seeing as she gets plenty of good workouts on the tennis court. But, it looks as though she had the bridge of her nose smoothed out ever so slightly. It seems just a little more jagged in the before picture.
