Steven Tyler has had some serious plastic surgery.  It look like he might have had a nose job here.  It looks like some work was done on the tip of the nose and possibly the bridge.  Could be the lighting though?  Either way he probably needed some work done after all of the drugs the Aerosmith dudes did.  Septoplasty???  Hmmm...
