In my opinion, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were a very unlikely Hollywood couple, however they really seem to compliment one another. There any many rumors to how they started- some say they met somewhere on the Hollywood scene, others say that Katie had to “audition” to be Tom’s wife, and so on. Regardless of how they met, they quickly fell in love and their relationship bloomed. Once they began dating, they were a popular fixture on the Hollywood scene and very public about their romance. On red carpets, they were seen being very fashionable and affectionate, either holding hands or participating in long, drawn out kisses. Eventually, Tom proposed to Katie on top of the Eiffel Tower. A few months later, they were married in a lavish, publicized affair.
Shortly after their marriage, Katie gave birth to their daughter Suri, who herself has become quite a fixture in the Hollywood and child’s fashion scene. Suri joins Tom’s other children, Isabella and Connor, who were adopted during Tom’s first marriage to Nicole Kidman. For now, they have maintained a very low profile about their relationship, however they seem to be a very happy little family and a loving couple.
